Moseley + Killian Design House was founded by Joe Killian in early 2017 as he began renovating a carriage house with his lifelong friend, Tim Davis. The house, built in the 1860s, will adapt an open interior plan and will take full advantage of its soaring A-frame roof structure to create a strikingly modern dwelling, inside a traditional, American-tudor stone house. The project is estimated to be completed by summer 2018.

Shaun Miller commissioned Moseley + Killian in July of 2017 to realize his vision for a modern barbershop. Joe worked closely with Shaun through a quick design process that yielded a simple, distinct style for the space in Point Breeze. Suspended mirrors play to the large windows and amplify the natural light, while floating above the thin profile of a sprawling work table. Joe outfitted the space further with custom benches, shelves, and a backlit table for disc jockeys to perform from.
